Does anyone use the "thinStone (http://g603.net) ", the 7-9mm Granite (http://tanbrown.org) sheets that are backed with fiberglass?

I thought it may be a good way to run the backsplash all the way up and (http://maplered.com) not be such a pain. I'm sure some Colors (http://www.g640.net) change to much to get a good match. But some others seem pretty consistent.

Any thoughts?
